The location was great, but the breakfast selection was lacking and slow to refill.

The location is unbeatable for sightseeing, especially with a visit to the stunning Palais Garnier opera house just around the corner. My kids loved that! Also, the room was cozy, and Igor in the bar delivered exceptional service with fantastic cocktails.

My kids wished for more accessible family rooms. It would be great if the hotel offered more space for belongings.

Charming ambiance, convenient location, with easy access to the metro, allowing us to explore attractions with minimal hassle, and the staff was exceptionally helpful in accommodating our early arrival.

The location on Boulevard Haussmann is fantastic, just a short walk to many famous sites, making it an ideal base for exploring. The staff was exceptionally polite and even provided umbrellas for the rainy days. Unfortunately, the room felt quite cramped for two and the closet space was limited. While the breakfast offered a wide variety, including fresh dishes, the bread served wasn't fresh and some items could be improved. Overall, a great stay with some minor inconveniences.

this was my second stay in paris, and i was thrilled with the upgrade to a suite this time! the location was fantastic, with all the main attractions within walking distance. the staff was incredibly friendly, and i loved the stylish and serene design throughout the hotel.

The M Social Hotel Paris Opera features a stunning Art Deco design, with elegant decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Accessibility was excellent, making it easy for me to navigate the space comfortably during my stay.

We spent four nights in a Grande Signature Room, enjoying the cozy ambiance. The staff provided delightful treats in our room, which made our stay feel special. Don’t miss the delightful cafés nearby, perfect for a leisurely breakfast. Consider asking for a room on a higher floor for less street noise.

Savor the gourmet sandwiches just steps away, like the delectable bites at Café de la Paix and the cozy vibe at Au Petit Riche. Our Signature Balcony Room was spacious, and that shower pressure? Pure magic! The comfy beds made every night a restful adventure.

While the atmosphere sparkled, the lobby could use a refresh since it didn't quite match the glam photos online.

The room was a La Grande Sweetie, featuring a comfortable bed, a cool balcony view, and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast had decent options, like croissants and fresh juices. The staff, especially Abraham and Ramona, were super helpful, making sure we felt at home. The location is perfect, close to the Louvre and great restaurants.

Breakfast had a good hot and cold selection.

I felt really let down by the lack of accessible facilities. Even worse, my credit card was held for incidentals, yet there were no amenities provided in the room, which made it all feel pointless and frustrating.
