The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great facilities. The staff were excellent and tried to accommodate our early check-in. The hotel restaurant served delicious and high-quality food. There were many nearby restaurants and shopping centers.
Mismanagement issue with room key cards and initial smoking smell in the room. Location was not within walking distance to attractions.

The location of the hotel was great, with walking distance to major tourist attractions and easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff, particularly a young lady at the reception, was extremely helpful and provided us with useful information and recommendations for exploring the city.
the service at the front desk was poor and sometimes rude, which affected our overall experience. Secondly, the hotel was slow in addressing issues in the room, such as a flickering light bulb, taking three days to fix the problem.

This hotel is in a great location near the Opera. It is very convenient to museums and shopping, and there are many subway stations and restaurants close by. The staff here are charming and helpful, especially to my children when we had a minor issue. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and they have all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
Although the staff were friendly, one of them locked us in the vehicle at the airport until we paid an extra fee, which was a bit frustrating. Also, sometimes the staff seemed disinterested and walked away from long queues without assisting customers.

We had a wonderful stay in a hotel located near a bustling shopping area. We enjoyed sipping coffee in a nice cafe with a street view. The staff was late to pick us up at the airport, but the room was nice and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The service provided by the staff was excellent, making us feel welcome and relaxed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, from hot dishes to fruits and cereals. the location and facilities added to our positive experience.
The only downside was the worn furniture in the hotel, which could use some refurbishment.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an incredible experience. The location couldn't have been more convenient, as it was situated between two metro stations on Haussmann boulevard, making it perfect for exploring all the sights in the 8th district. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the moment I checked in until the time of my departure. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed from tea and coffee facilities to a mini-bar. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom was a nice touch, and the toiletries provided were of high quality.
